1. You choose a plot of land and pay a reservation fee of €1,000 payable within 3 working days of signing the Reservation Agreement.
2. Within 20 calendar days from the signing of the Reservation Agreement, you will sign the Agreement on the Future Purchase Agreement and pay the 1st installment of the purchase price.
3. The first installment of the purchase price is in the amount of 20 %, while this installment of the purchase price is reduced by the reservation fee.
4. Valid approval of the networks will take place (assumption in june 2024).
5. You sign the Purchase Agreement and pay the remaining part of the purchase price. (80 %)
6. The project offers the possibility of mortgage financing.
