Data Privacy Statement (electronic newsletter)

Data on your e-mail address will be processed by HERRYS s. r. o., corp. Choosing to provide your consent is voluntary and you are not obliged to grant it. However, entering your e-mail address is necessary for receiving our newsletter as we are unable to provide you with the newsletter without having your e-mail address. The consent can be withdrawn at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter (by clicking on the link contained in each message), in writing to our correspondence address or by e-mail to the address of our company. Withdrawal of consent under Article 7(3) of the General Data Protection Regulation will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal of Consent.

Your personal data will be processed for the duration of your consent and retained for a maximum of four years from the withdrawal of the consent (Section 116 (5) of the Electronic Communications Act). If you withdraw your consent, your data will be destroyed within the specified period. 

You have the right to: 

  • access information on the extent to which your personal data are processed;
  • request the correction of personal data if you find that they are incorrect or request the completion of incomplete data; 
  • obtain your personal data you provided to us in a commonly used electronic format and transfer them to another entity if we process them by automated means;
  • request a restriction on processing if you also dispute the accuracy of the personal data, if the processing is unlawful or no longer needed, but you need them to assert your claims;
  • request the erasure of your Personal Data, if they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were obtained or processed, if you withdraw your consent to the processing of your Personal Data, if the Personal Data have been processed unlawfully or if they must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation. Data will not be erased if their processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation or to prove, assert or defend our legal claims;
  • file a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that your rights regarding personal data have been violated. The supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27.

No automated decision-making or profiling is used in the processing of personal data. Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union.
