In the heart of Tatranská Lomnica

Standing with one foot in the mountains, the other in civilisation. Living on the threshold of untamed nature with all the benefits of city life at your fingertips. Tatranská Lomnica offers both. Just a few steps away from the area there is the cable car station to Skalnaté Pleso, or the starting point of local hiking trails. You will find a warm welcome at the nearby renowned restaurants, cafés, and galleries.

The five natural elements principle

Closeness and connection to nature are key for us. Both the architecture and interior furnishing of the buildings are designed for the greatest interlink and harmony with the surrounding countryside. Led by feng shui theory, the whole project is based on the principle of the five natural elements existing in synergy.

Wood, metal, water, fire, and earth are represented throughout the resort and surroundings. Wood and metal are the dominant materials in the building’s architecture, while the land is surrounded by two Tatra streams. Enchanting flames dancing in the fireplaces will create a cosy atmosphere in the interiors. The maximum possible preservation of the original character of the landscape during construction (for example, by embedding parking spaces underground) symbolises the resort’s connection with the earth.

Comfort crafted from nature

In designing the interiors, the comfort of our guests stood on the same footing as harmony with the surrounding landscape. That is why some 70% of all our residences and hotel rooms offer a view of the Tatras. The residences are located in a peaceful environment, ensuring undisturbed sleep. In addition, all fixtures and fittings are made of above-standard natural materials, locally sourced where possible.

In addition to the buildings themselves, guests can also use the surrounding area closed to the public – and so enjoy peaceful undisturbed rest in the garden overlooking the mountains, or let their little ones go crazy in the playground.

Financing

Choice of your future property.
Signing of a reservation contract and payment of the reservation fee in the amount of €5000.
Signing of a letter of intent on the future purchase contract and payment of the 1st instalment in the amount of 25% of the purchase price (including a reservation deposit).
A valid occupation-approval decision for the property, entry of the future seller’s ownership right to the property in the land register, assignment, and effect of the decision on assigning a registration number to a multifunctional building and its entry in the land register, and payment of the 2nd instalment of the purchase price in the amount of 75%.
