The company CZ Slovakia, a.s. launches the sale of the first 20 units from the planned 2nd stage of the popular Ružinov project Nový Ružinov. In total, premium family housing will be added to the five four-storey city villas, which will satisfy the needs of even really demanding clients. The apartments and apartments in the Bella and Doris town villas are coming to the first phase of the sale. The expected start of construction together with the start of the sale of another three city villas is spring 2020. The completion date of all five buildings is planned for 2022. The exclusive seller is the company HERRYS.

The Nový Ružinov project will soon grow. The project developer plans to exhibit the next stage of the residential project, which already has a valid zoning decision. Gradually, 5 city villas will be added here, which, with their disposition and properties, rank among the most premium housing in the project.

The first to build are the four-storey city villas Bella and Doris with a total of 63 residential or apartment units. This will be followed by the villas Sofia, Florentina and Marlen, all named after the names of the roses, as was the case in the first stage. Together they will bring another 94 attractive units not only for family living. "We consider them unique, thanks to the spacious front gardens for the apartments located on the ground floor, or the covered residential terraces for the corner apartments, located on several floors. The layout of all terraces provides the comfort of the exterior living room, which underlines the main idea of ​​the project - the connection of the interior with the exterior "says Júlia Domsitzová from CZ Slovakia, a.s. and adds: "When designing, we also thought of storage space, and therefore all apartments or flats have a cellar, which is already included in the price of the property."

The first 20 units will go on official sale at the beginning of November, 6 of them with the already mentioned front gardens. Thanks to them and also thanks to the city park with an above-standard share of greenery, nature will enter the apartment directly here. Architects from the sought-after Compass studio emphasized rich luminosity in their design, thus ensuring low energy consumption.

Compact and practical one-room units start in the price range from 118,160 EUR with VAT, including the cellar. Two-room units in the price from 131,280 EUR with VAT, including the cellar are ideal for young families. Larger families will find plenty of space for a comfortable life in three-room units starting at EUR 184,880 with VAT. In this phase of the sale, only one four-room apartment will be put on the market at a price of EUR 247,820 with VAT, including a cellar. Parking is not included in the sale price of the property, parking spaces will be located in the basement of the buildings, the price of the garage is 14,400 EUR with VAT.

Nový Ružinov is one of the few comprehensively designed modern districts in Bratislava and especially in the Ružinov locality.
