Maximum satisfaction. Efficiency, friendliness, correctness. Excellent advice.
Our real estate broker in arranging the lease was Mr. Bc. Ľuboš Štubňa. He always answered promptly, professionally, but most of all willingly. I could turn to him at any time, whether it was a weekday or a weekend; morning or evening. In the negotiation process, he always proposed solutions so that both parties remained satisfied. My partner and I are very satisfied with his work and, if necessary, we would contact him again without hesitation.
We definitely recommend spol. With real estate agency HERRYS. Their offered services and experience are at a high level.
Mr. Daněk and I have successfully completed two leases. He is an experienced broker with several years of experience in the field. He has a very pleasant demeanor, is linguistically well equipped and punctual. He knows the order in detail, actively solves it and finishes it. I highly recommend!
My experience with HERRYS and specifically with Mr Daněk was excellent. Very professional approach to me as a landlord and tenants. I was always informed about everything in time, he contacted me proactively. Mr. Daněk has always been able to answer every question professionally and has helped me beyond his competencies.
The whole process of finding a tenant after the conclusion of the contract took place at a very high professional level. Mr. Daněk's personality and approach decided significantly in our decision which company we will cooperate with. We would like to express our gratitude in this way and we hope that we will continue to work with him.
Great service from start to finish, professional photos, excellent communication and legal service. I really have nothing to complain about, this is how to imagine the services of a real estate agency.
Lease mediation was prompt and hassle-free. Mr. Daněk tried to meet our needs in everything and quickly responded to the requirements. The communication was friendly and we can highly recommend the service.
